YEMEN
Variety: Typica
Process: Natural
Cup Profile: Raisin, Maple Syrup, Almond
We are proud to present this Yemeni coffee from Al-Hammasi Farm, a Typica varietal grown on the ancient mountain terraces of Haraz, at elevations ranging from 2,100 to 2,200 meters above sea level. The cool mountain climate and rocky highland soil give this coffee its rare character and uniquely complex flavor profile.
This lot is produced under the care of Ghalib Al-Hammasi, one of the region’s most respected coffee growers, known for his dedication, precision, and deep passion for his land and his craft.
The coffee is naturally processed, with cherries sun-dried on the mountain terraces of Yemen to preserve their richness and sweetness.
In the cup, it offers notes of raisin, Almond, and maple syrup, with a balanced sweetness and an authentic mountain identity that beautifully reflects the true soul of Yemeni coffee.
