Mexico - La Gloria coffee is a Bourbon Peñasco variety grown by Noé Bravo González at his 10-hectare farm in Ángel Albino Corzo, Chiapas, Mexico. The farm, located at 1,486–1,595 meters above sea level, benefits from high-altitude conditions that enhance the coffee’s quality.
The coffee is naturally processed by drying the whole cherries, which brings out its sweetness and fruity notes. Bourbon Peñasco is known for its balanced flavors, bright acidity, and medium to full body, making it a favorite in specialty coffee.
In 2024, Noé’s hard work was recognized at the Taza de Excelencia México competition, where this natural process Bourbon Peñasco coffee scored 87.11 in the Natural and Traditional Honeys category.
