Chelchele coffee is a Heirloom variety grown at Chelchele farm.The beans undergo a detailed washing process, starting with hand-sorting ripe cherries.
Only the finest cherries are selected,de-pulped, and fermented for 12 hours before being carefully washed in tanks.
Afterwards, the beans are dried on raised beds for 21 days.
