Ethiopia Yirgacheffe - Brew92 Coffee is a washed coffee sourced from the high-altitude Sareji area (1,998–2,230 m.a.s.l.) in Yirgacheffe region in Ethiopia. Processed at the Worka Washing Station by Melkalati, this coffee reflects the dedication of over 1,500 smallholder farmers who handpick and meticulously process the cherries to ensure exceptional quality.
The cherries undergo de-pulping, fermentation, and soaking in clean water before drying on raised beds, resulting in a refined flavour profile. As an espresso, it delivers delicate tea, honey, and pear notes. In milk-based drinks, it transforms into comforting hints of honey and cookies
